I totally agree with all above statements, in fact, no one can say the kind of weathering a space ship would suffer, as no one have ever seen a real one (not counting space shuttles and rockets, they are too slow to count), so I think that any kind of artistic license on weathering will be OK with s...

Nice concept, it always amazed me how can you get those ideas... That Arc nose is very Romulan like, I think it may fit nicely in D era Warbirds (or Bird of Preys) too...

boleean I also use a lot, as you said, it is great to blend or cut off complicaded shapes into other complicated shapes ;) I meant the wireframe that you use for create the panel lines, it is a smart idea, I am guessing that you trace the lines over the model and them extrude them out to create the ...

Interesting technique marcnoonan, guess it is way faster to make these panel lines with your technique. Too bad my 3d proggy do not have this feature.

This sound like the Mistel concept of Luftwaffe in WWII or the American experiments with Dirigibles launching fighters.

I Like the idea, and it is good to see the ships in the same scale together.

Correction, the Mistel was kind of the opposite, the fighter launching the bigger bomber...
