Sure.
Fortunately I have a couple of Ent D's sat around and the width is spot on so should just slot in. I've made the depth 1.5mm so it'll be strong enough but when you order it you will need to tick the "Print It Anyway" box otherwise the print will get rejected. The bottom edge is very thin and I've made it available for WSF, WSFP and FUD, but I would recommend FUD.
It's available through my shop, just click on the link below in my signature
Cheers

Ordered, there wasn't a print it anyway button.
FUD was the only option really. I won't see it until the end of the month.

Sweet,
You're right, I logged out of Shapeways and ordered it as a customer and there's no PIA option, bummer. If the print gets rejected I can email you the file so you can upload it yourself and then the PIA option will appear in the Cart under the model quantity.
Yes, you'll need to cut away the neck section but there is a recess to mark out the join so it should be relatively easy with the perfect cutting guide.
Cheers

Re: 2500 Ent-D
Took delivery of the part today.
Oh Marc, oh Marc. Where did we go wrong with you.
The part is great and the detail is exquisite. Only problem is that it is the part is what would go on the battlehead. What I would like is the mating part that would go inside the saucer.
It is a great part and I like it alot.

Dang, so close. I thought it was for both the battlehead and the undersaucer mating part
