Klingon kitbash - advanced BoP

So I've been at the bench working on a few projects when some parts caught my eye. They looked like they were meant to be something Klingon-ish. So I got to work.

After about an hour I had this bashed out for the underside of the hull;

I recognized the crimson part. It's on the Sparta Class

It would make a cool head on a bird of prey styled ship

That's the basic shape right now, still needs a lot of work and details yet.
