Rasha-class Scout
This kit is from Ravenstar and long OOP. Like a lot of ships from that line, I believe it was designed for 1/1400, tho it might have 1/2500. Regardless, I'm calling it Multi-scale - 1/2500 as a cruiser, and 1/1000 as a scout.

I tried to be consistent while also following the basic FASA Romulan mindset of "colorful" hull plate patterns.
