Re: 1/1400 AMT Enterprise-C (So it begins)

If I attempted the level of detail you put into painting and lighting your builds they'd take that long too. I'm just a straight OOB novice usually! SKO, I would have been novice OOB guy, too, when I got back into the hobby a few years back. But I was inspired by a build thread I saw that heavily m...

Awesome, always look forward to seeing your updates. Thanks, Prof! I appreciate the support! Awesome, always look forward to seeing your updates. same! steve's builds are a slow burn, sometimes you gotta wait a long time for an update, but the eye candy at the end is always worth it. SKO, thanks! I...

Re: 1/1400 AMT Enterprise-C (So it begins)

Hey Guys, I seem to be having a bit of a problem with the wires breaking on either side of my solder joint. I guess I was getting the soldering iron a little bit too hot and I haven't been twisting the wires either. Apologies for not responding quickly as RL had slammed me hard the past few weeks. W...

Working on a build of the C now, too!

Re: 1/1400 AMT Enterprise-C (So it begins)

Thanks, Gents!

RL has been keeping me from the bench but I am working up the free time to get back to it!

Your comments fuel that so thanks a bunch!

I'll have more to post soon!

Re: 1/1400 AMT Enterprise-C (So it begins)

Looking good. I'm not ambitious enough to light anything. At least not at present. Love that insignia badge. Very nicely done scratchbuild! Thanks, Griff! I am quite chuffed the insignia turned out so well. My Son thinks I should make one for Cosplay to a Comicon! I'm seriously thinking about it! :...

Re: TOS Romulan BoP

Thanks for showing this adventurous (spills and all) build log. It's rebirth will undoubtedly be a work of art. Looking forward to its comeback. Thanks, Pantos! My "Honey-do list" has overwhelmed my bench time so progress is slow going, Im afraid. Thanks for the interest! I hope to post more soon! ...

Re: 1/1400 AMT Enterprise-C (So it begins)

Hello Fellow Modelers! Sorry it's been a minute since I last posted but RL has me hopping and not hopping to the bench! Nonetheless, I have made some progress and have taken some pics to show you! :) I decided it was time to place the Impulse Engines on the secondary hull. The red spacer is a bit of...

Not to spam the thread, but I thought of another: Christophe Beck. I loved his score for the Muppets.
More recently, Christophe's score for Frozen was equally good. I loved the accapella voices coupled with the orchestra. Beautiful!

Re: Favorite Music

Gents, We do share alot of composers and scores! James Horner, Alan Menken, Hans Zimmmer, James Newton Howard ("Dinosaur" is one of my favorites), John Powell, and, what list would be complete without the great John Williams! All the above mentioned score plus scores (didja see what I did there?!) o...
