That'll be a most impressive size!

That'd be around 27" to 29" at 1/4105-ish scale, right?
25.25" I'm still setting up the pieces and repairing them. I'm also waiting for payday so I have some cash to print off a proof with.

Re: UGSF Proteus

I rescaled the ship using the docking sequence, since that's when the J2 and the Proteus are in actual physical contact. I got a figure of about 61 feet for the docking aperture. Final scale figure for the Proteus: 8,636.5 feet, 2632.4 meters long, with a beam and height of 1814.25 feet, 553 meters....

Re: USS Superior, NCC-2020 - Indomitable-class Heavy Cruiser *PIC HEAVY*

With that beefed up secondary hull and the more integrated neck, this looks much more like a dreadnought than the actual dreadnoughts from the period. She just needs a third nacelle. >SNIPPAGE!< I actually kinda sorta did a dreadnought version in 1/2500 scale using an Avenger ( Miranda ) Thomas Mod...

Re: UGSF Proteus

Dang! :o I didn't realize that Proteus was that much larger than the Refit! For some reason, I figured it was maybe half that size. Shows to go ya what happens with memory and stupidity being mixed together! Again, lookin' great. I love what you've done with it. I'm guessing just detailing left to ...

Re: UGSF Proteus

"Mr. Sulu, bring us into a parallel course." The Proteus and her introductory scene have always been reminiscent of V'Ger, what with our hero ship encountering a much larger, mysterious vessel, so I thought I'd have some quick fun.
