Feedback Guidelines

Post by Xen »

We'd like to take the opportunity to clarify some general "guidelines" for leaving feedback.

We have always been big advocates of constructive criticism. In other words, feedback that outlines what works, what doesn't, and (most importantly) why. We don't care if you're blunt. There's no need to candy coat anything as long the feedback is helpful. Saying "Feature XYZ sucks" is not helpful. Saying "Feature XYZ sucks because of the following (well thought out) reasons" IS helpful, and is what we are looking for to help make this the site you want it to be.

While we cannot possibly implement every suggestion, we will give every valid, sensible suggestion due consideration, and implement as many of them as we can.

Let us know what we can do to to improve your experiences here at AST.
