Its funny that you should choose to do this, I started to make refit interiors for an aftermarket kit a few years ago but when the cost of the kit went up, I it no longer seemed like a financially viable use of my time as most people seem content with painting the pearls and lighting her up.
Using Mr Scotts Guide to the Enterprise as a template, I got as far as the officers and juniors quarters, sickbay and the transporter room, whilst putting off the more challenging bridge.
I then turned it into a project for my own amusement but I've got eyes bigger than my belly (or skill) and got bogged down with illumination plans for engineering and some crazy notion of moving turbo-lifts
Best of luck, you're off to a great start, this model begs for an interior with so much of the shuttle, VIP and botanics done for you - its a great launchin point!

That sounds really intense. I hope you do keep working on yours and I'm sure we'd love to see it some time.

Moving Turbolift?
Now that sounds challenging!

Agreed. Ambitious project, but looks great so far. Thanks for sharing.Tesral wrote:You are already ahead of that by a long shot.Steam235 wrote: I won't be that detailed. I think it will end up somewhere around as detailed as the AMT TOS cutaway

Loving the build
I always thought about using the clear stands from the original version of the refit as an intermix shaft
