1/32 MMI Trek Kits - Aaaaaannnnnd,....they're SOLD.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thread edited to add photos and a lower price of $65 plus shipping to your location. I can't go lower folks. This is a fantastic buy for anyone who builds in this scale.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I've had these kits for quite awhile and realize that they just aren't my scale to build. From prices on most of the boxes it looks like about $150 worth of kits, and I'm selling them as a complete lot for $65 plus whatever it costs for shipping to your location.

The MMI figures are highly detailed and not sure if JohnnyCrash still produces these kits or if they are all OOP. Both Federation pilots come with Andorian, Vulcan, and Human heads so you can choose how you want to build them. Klingons come with a variety of weapon choices.

-MMI 1/32 Type 15 Shuttle Pod El Baz (partially worked to prep for lighting, but nothing glued or painted)
-MMI 1/32 Seated Male Pilot
-MMI 1/32 Seated Female Pilot
-MMI 1/32 Standing Male Klingon (Aggressive Posture)
-MMI 1/32 Standing Male Klingon (Casual Posture)
-MMI 1/32 Standing Female Klingon
-MMI 1/32 Holodeck Arch (with panel decals)
-MMI 1/32 TOS Redshirt
-MMI 1/32 Photon Torpedo
-Andrea Miniatures 1/32 Spock (metal cast)

Photos posted in sequence listed above.

That was NEVER intended to be a kit.

I was talking to Tracy (FedMod) one day, and the ideas we discussed turned to poor Red Shirts. While I was still on the phone, Owen my business partner had sketched him out. (see below). That afternoon Owen had him all sculpted, and I made a mold, cast him, called him Ensign Brownfield (That's Tracy's last name at FedMod), and sent him a copy as a joke. He loved it, and several others saw it, and wanted copies. And the rest, as they say, history. BTW, he's still available if anyone is interested.

I know that's not what the instructions say, but the kit's wrong anyway.

I think that this is the only way to model a Red Shirt, except for maybe the "Most Interesting Red Shirt in the Universe", but he was only in one episode, so.....
