5 New Star Trek Shows?!

Yes, something that brings the characters from the 24th century together. It doesn't have to be all of them but something that shows a unified universe.

Oh dear. This was exactly what I was hoping they wouldn't do.

First off, it's called proofreading guys.

Secondly:

Oh God, I smell a character assassination, errr...., deconstruction. How can it be both very different and come with the same love of the material as before? What exactly is going to be changed then? If the ideals and values are all still in place (which I doubt) what besides cosmetic alterations can we expect? I'm already dreading it, but hey I'm nothing if not relentlessly, soul-suckingly negative about modern entertainment.

This might be the best day ever.

He won't let them ruin it. Picard will always be Picard, no matter what 'modern' version of Star Trek he finds himself in - and the passion and love comment shows that having someone there who knows what real Star Trek is will be a massive bonus.
