U.S.S. Enterprise D 1/850 balsa INCOMPLETE

Post by Digital-Impressions » Sat May 31, 2014 3:04 pm

This was started on a whim. I had been working in Google Sketchup building this ship for a long time and finally decided I needed a tactile version.

I thought I would start by posting a few of my Enterprise D musings. Some rendered sketchup pics of the ship. This has been my passion for years now.

Wow! That is some nice art. I love how u showed the main shuttle bay. Been musing on that subject the past few days myself. Look forward to see what you come up with.

The main shuttle bay was a fun build in sketchup but it will not be in my contest model. It would be fun to build a scale of it though sometime.

An 850, or even a 1000 would be a sight to behold. There's one dude doing up a 1/350 on RPF.
There are Times, Sir, when men of good Conscience cannot blindly follow orders. You acknowledge their sentience, but ignore their personal liberties and freedoms. Order a man to hand over his child to the state? Not while I"m captain.
