Ok- it's supposed to be a through-deck carrier.

Through deck which way? Longitudilly- or Laterally?

From the picture, it looks like the shuttle area is the front pod...so it looks like laterally, since it looks like the bay doors are on the side.

That's the nice thing about scratchbuilding: You make the design your own. AND you get to use the cat defense whenever something goes sideways: "I meant to do that"

Got a little done on this, cut out some of the parts for the forward area. Still trying to figure out how to make the engineering section. Unfortunately no pics at this point.
