moongrim is missed. i hope he knows that.

actually, too many taken in some way or another. i miss scott.

is it a good thing that in such an event, when a member is 'removed' due to rl, we don't have any auto-prune kicking in and their thread is allowed to continue?

i sometimes wonder if it's an emotional kick in the guts for the ones that were close to those members, or is it a good way to remember them.

It is a good way to remember them. I was just going through threads, well looking through built ships. Even just for me it was an eye-opener to the time and love put into the builds.
There is no dark side of the moon really, matter of fact its all dark.

Yes and yes. Their work lives on even if they're not here with us

Sorry, kinda forgot to come back to this. Thanks for the suggestion, el gato. I’ve asked Ricky at MadMan Shipyards to print one out at approximately 5.5” / 14cm length. The PL / R2 Refit secondary hull has a 4.5” / 11.5cm length. I’m thinking that the 1” / 2.6cm difference should be closer to what I was wanting to go with anyhow.

It’s a pipe dream, but it’s my pipe dream!

Worst case, I hope he’s doing well.
If you have his email, would you please contact him and ask him to take a gander here? If nothing else, I’ll PM you my e-mail so that maybe you could ask him to contact me directly?

I really do hope he’s doing well.
