Well, now I have settled in my job and home life I find myself with more time in the evenings. That being said I still don't find enough time to get to work on these little beauties.
Last night saw me put together my Connie secondary hull.
Tried to get my printed BOP flat.
Touched up some small scratches on my Reliant after removing the decals again.
Started scraping and filling my RM Contender.
And glue on the nacelles and deflector on my MVM Persevere.

It does actually help having more on the go at one time rather than just concentrating on one.

Got a coat of flat white primer on today and 2 of Light Ghost Grey but I am now unsure as I think it looks a bit dark. Persevere preped for detailing.
Also got a coat and a half of gloss on my old Reliant ready for the newly printed decals.

Detailing started and going on ok. Next TOS ship has to be a lighter grey though, it does seem to have a bluish cast to it too.
Dorsal view Ventral view. Reliant ventral saucer wallpaper on and set dowm nicely. Started to get some print ripping under the glosscoat though but barely noticeable.

I find that I can't work on just one model at a timemophius wrote:It does actually help having more on the go at one time rather than just concentrating on one.

I do as well when I have the dedicated space to work. It keeps the momentum, momenting, put down one to dry, harden etc., pick up a different one.el gato wrote: I find that I can't work on just one model at a time

Persevere coming along nicely and Reliant going well. No time on the others as spending more on Reliant again to get it done.
You can see I tried the copper before red on the bussards and got a little carried away on the edge of the domes.
White bridge dome or not?
