Is there an NX-01 refit kit?

i would say there would be a demand for some of the os kits and perhaps some wallpaper ones for some of what rm does as well. it helps the kit vendor, the modeller and you too!

MEATLOAFr should have the decals I made for the OS Nova kit, as well as the resized 2500 decals I made for Voyager, though I had not sized those for the OS kit at the time

My 3d print came in today. It's as perfect as it can be when it comes to detail. May be a bit on the small side though.
Guess I'll order the 1/2500 scale one somebody posted here also..
Oddly enough, considering the 1701 has 430 crew and the NX-01 has what, 80? 90? The size makes a lot more sense to me

Archer's ship being so large makes perfect sense when you consider the lower technology level-
They'd need MUCH more room for consumables like food and warp plasma.
Kirk's ship had food synthesizers and dozens of Federation worlds and starbases for resupply.

print looks good but yes, it is a little on the small side.
So I started rifling through SW and found that Armadillo does one labled as 2500 and its a perfect size at 90mm.
It was also requested by ssquib79 so we know who that was.

I ordered the NX-01 refit and while I was there, the Daedalus. I wasn't in that much of a hurry so just clicked on normal USPS delivery. Shapeways had some problems or something with the Daedalus and it took longer than expected to print. They sent me an email telling me that there would be a delay and that they would ship it out when done via a faster delivery service at their expense "for my troubles". I'm in the customer service business and I'm also really good at it due to a bit of OCD. Thumbs up to Shapeways! I wasn't expecting that, didn't pay for that, and wouldn't have insisted on it.. but I like the way they're handling it. The extra communication was great, but upgrading the delivery is just a happy bonus.
