1/1000 Loknar Class from UGH Models
Hello all! I thought I'd show my progress working on the Loknar Class from the old FASA game by UGH Models.
It is a sweet kit, link to an unboxing video below. I usually try to do all my TOS ships up with the Enterprise Studio Model paint scheme and this one was no exception. More to come!

Getting on the base coat, detail painting, and enamels for the windows after clear coat.

The Loknar is one of the few FASA designs I like. UGH has done an interesting model and you a good job building it.
Straight on stern shot? What did they do with the woefully under defined stern?

Thanks!! Here are all the stern shots I have at the moment. There is a shuttle bay which includes an optional door down the center.

Thank you. Impulse engine right over the hanger. Must make for hot approaches.

Re: 1/1000 Loknar Class from UGH Models
On the Starship Modeler Kit Factory version, it was kinda vague about where the impulse deck was supposed to exist, so I sorta/kinda split it like on the Phobos (TMP Refit for the Loknar) and added them to the ends of the.. "sponsons"? Dunno the proper technical term.
It seemed to work pretty well, IMNSHO.
Hope you don't mind, Ian! I'll delete the pics if you'd rather!

All finished up! A few pics with its refit and a group shot with similar style ships.

Holy Fizzbinn!
She turned out looking great, Ian! I hope I can get my Loknar and Phobos builds to look even half as good as what you've done here. I'll be able to die happy, if so!
Thanks for sharing!

Nice job! The subtle weathering is well done. Love the group shots you took.
