Post by Resin-Modeller »

The Dante Class is a Federation Science Vessel.

Presucceeding the Nebula Class, these ships also have multifunction and have changeable pods pendant on what mission it is assigned to.

Resin Modeller got in touch with me before the deadline. Unfortunately, things got dragged out a bit on my end, so kindly ignore the date.

I look forward towards it's development. :)

Me too. I'd like to see where you're going with this

Here's a bit of an update :)

Built the neck for the pod so it can kinda take shape a bit.

Toying with the stardrive at the moment, as I'm thinking of imbedding it into the lower saucer rather than simply sticking it to the tail end. Dunno yet, still playing with the design

I love the secondary hull location on the ventral surface.

Here is some updates,

You can start to see how it looks when it's finished. I finally decided to cut off the pylons as the nacelle suspension looked silly, wanted to have them tucked under the saucer :) Think it worked out well.

Should hopefully have her done by the end of the week in time for the closing date. (Fingers crossed) First coat of the pods, deflector and nacelles are done just waiting for them to dry before I can do the second coat and start making decals :)
