Need to square up the door opening but was able to mill out a 1” deep shuttle bay

You should build some stations to park shuttles in, too. Maybe three to ten of them? :D

3-10 of those "pods" as per the Springfield-type,
though arrayed into a "wagon-wheel" or other configuration as an outpost?
