Papertrek

Post by LordMudd » Sat Aug 18, 2018 2:56 pm

While googling for some celebrity images, I came across some paper dolls. One thing I use images like this for is practicing my mouse control. See the first 2 images, original and corrected.

interesting, thanks for sharing.
so, why do some of their faces not have eyes, nose, or mouth?
(is that so as you can 'super-impose' that over a clear surface for 'animation'?)

Pepakura MMD paper-craft have some likenesses too,
as well as "IDW's retro ads in comics" hehe. I think there are templates there too.

Over a generic doll. The bland face doll with Spock's forehead and up-swept eyebrows becomes Spock.
Garry AKA --Phoenix-- Rising above the Flames.
"I saw it done on Voyager" is no excuse for anything, even breathing.

@Tesral,
so, one of those 3&3/4" Trek Dolls has a pepakura 'face-mask' attached,
or, a paper doll with a facemask?

I've always wondered since I also have similar stuff for
Buck Rodgers,
Flash Gordon,
the A-Team and Kamen Rider etc.
